An inequality for a word problem (7th grade math/prealgebra)

I write an inequality for a word problem, and solve it, explaining what the solution means and plotting the solution set on a number line. The problem has to do with this: Rick wants to buy an electric bike for $1195, and he can spend *at most* $1300. He will also buy some volleyballs for $24.95 each. How many volleyballs can he buy? The phrase "at most" leads us to use an INEQUALITY (instead of an equation).
