Equations review, Part 2 (8th grade math)

This is a review lesson for solving equations of the type ax + b = c or a(bx + c) = d. The examples we go through show that sometimes there are two equally good ways to start the solution process. But more often, though you COULD start the solution in different ways, one way is more efficient than others.
