Dollar amounts (2nd grade math)

We learn how to write money amounts that have both dollars and cents, using the "$" symbol. It is quite easy - just write the dollar symbol, then the dollar-amount, then a point, then the cent-amount. The only tricky part is if the cent-amount is less than 10. Then we need to use a zero... so as to have two digits for the cent-amount.
