Math Mammoth for Teachers

Hello! My name is Maria Miller and I am the author of MathMammoth.com as well as of the books sold here. I am a math teacher by occupation, and nowadays also a homeschooling parent.

MathMammoth.com website offers many different kinds of books that can be useful for teachers. Let's take a look at the various series of books I offer. They are distinguished by their color.

Take special note if you would rather have WORKSHEETS only, without teaching [you will find those in the GOLDEN or GREEN series],
OR if you prefer that the material both teaches and contains exercises [BLUE and LIGHT BLUE series].

Worktexts with both explanations and problems. Each book is on a particular topic, such as clock, multiplication, place value, geometry, or percent. Cover topics in grades 1-6 (7).

The Blue Series books contain explanations of the topics and are like a textbook & workbook in the same book. They can thus be used for many situations: for initial teaching, remedial teaching, or for review.

Each book in the Blue Series concentrates on a few topics only, such as addition & subtraction, multiplication, clock, fractions, division, geometry, etc.

Covers grades 1-6(A). Mastery-oriented. Emphasizes conceptual development in a logical sequence. Practically self-teaching - only a little teacher involvement needed

Math Mammoth Light Blue books constitute a complete mathematics curriculum for grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-A. Just like the Blue books, they contain explanations of the topics and are like a textbook & workbook in the same book.

The Light Blue series covers all topics for a given grade level. Each grade level includes two parts of a worktext (A and B), tests, cumulative reviews, answer keys, and a worksheet maker.

For grades 3-8, organized by grade. Contain problems only

The Golden Series books are worksheet collections by grade-level (from grade 3 through Algebra 1), and provide variable problems in a convenient one-topic per sheet format.

The Golden Series books do not teach the topics, and thus suit best teachers or tutors. They are great for classwork or homework, for general review, reinforcement, or practice material.

For grades 3-7, organized by topic. Contain problems only

These are worksheet collections by topic, and provide very variable problems in a convenient one-topic per sheet format.

The Green Series books do not teach the topics, and thus suit best teachers or tutors. They are great for classwork or homework, for general review, reinforcement, or practice material.

for grades 3-12. In-depth activities taken from real-life, with real data

Make It Real Learning products are workbooks that contain activities or problem situations taken from real-life, with real data. Some examples of the situations are: cell phone plans, autism, population growth, cooking, borrowing money, credit cards, life spans, music downloads, etc. etc. Each activity-lesson starts with basics and goes into more in-depth and challenging evaluations and questions.

Which product(s) do you need? That depends on your needs and preferences. Typically, teachers can probably use many of these books, and you might be interested in purchasing a package that contains several series of books.

Copyright information: By purchasing any of the books, I grant permission for ONE person (TEACHER) to reproduce this material to be used with his/her students in a teaching situation; not for commercial resale. NOTE: you are NOT permitted to share the material with another teacher.

In other words, ONE TEACHER is permitted to make unlimited copies for HIS/HER students, but not for other teachers' students or usage.

This permission is quite liberal, I feel. It allows you (as the teacher) to use these materials year in, year out, with just one single purchase.
